Counselling and Psychotherapy in Ealing and St John's Wood
Bojan Dezman (MSc in Integ. Psychotherapy)
As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I work with people who experience wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties or simply feel that something is missing in their lives. Whether you feel depressed and anxious or you are experiencing a crisis, I can help you explore and overcome these issues and challenges and help you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I have a wide range of experience working with clients in different settings. In addition to my private practice I work as a therapist in Primary care NHS practice, and have experience working in a mental health setting and therapy department in Priory Roehampton Hospital. My experience as a therapist also extends to the issues related to adoption.
I appreciate that decision to seek counselling may not be easy to make therefore you can expect me to meet you with warmth, empathy and understanding. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can feel heard and supported in exploring whatever is troubling you. We can work together to find a way forward that meets your needs and provides meaningful and long lasting change.
I abide by BACP and UKCP Code of Ethics.
Where to Find me?
My practice is situated in Ealing and I also work in St John's Wood.
Ealing practice is based on St. Mary Rd., (bus route 65), close to Ealing Green and West London University. It is also easily reached from South Ealing and Ealing Broadway Underground Stations.
In St John's Wood I see clients in Kailash Centre, a peaceful and healing place few minutes walk from St John's Wood Underground Station.
What to Expect
If you decide to make an appointment you will be invited to an initial consultation to discuss and possibly identify the problems you are facing. The consultation will give you the opportunity to meet me and decide if counselling is right for you.
At your first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. We will explore how we could work together to tackle the difficulties you are facing. If you then decide that this is is for you, we will agree an initial time frame to work towards and review your progress regularly. I will ask you if you can commit to 50 min regular weekly sessions, usually on the same day at the same time, to make sure you get the most out of therapy. However, I would be happy to reschedule appointments whenever possible to best suit your needs.
I have worked successfully with people from many walks of life and backgrounds and helped them to make significant improvements in their lives, so they can feel better about themselves and enjoy their lives more fully.
